Siófok is a great place for holiday-makers of all age groups. On the beach which near our house can be used free of charge. there is nice lawn with bushes and trees so that people can rest in the shade as well. It is possible to hire a boat or, if you are interested in sailing you can take part in a cruise around the lake.

For families with young children it is worth visiting the 2 great playgrounds in Park Jókai renewed recently (named after a famous Hungarian writer of the 19th century.) Spa Galérius offers guests wellness services all year round.

Those in favour of sports can hire bicycles and travel round the lake on safe routes designed especially for cyclists. For fans of extreme sports activities it is possible to try wakeboard and water ski routes.

Besides these opportunities lots of cultural and sports events make the town's programmes colourful and attractive.
